The Aboa nova concert series by students from the Turku
Music Academy now for the first time in Helsinki. A festival
focusing on the Big Apple would not be complete without
70-year-old Charles Wuorinen. One of the founders of
the famous group for Contemporary Music in 1962, he
has already composed over 250 works. This concert will
include chamber music – one of his major genres.
