There are three premieres on the programme for the concert conducted by Roland Kluttig. Few composers have examined their own culture as critically as Helmut Lachenmann. The orchestral work by Mark André, a Frenchman living in Berlin, is a tribute to his teacher’s soundscapes. Melodic lines follow new tracks in the orchestral piece by Enno Poppe.
